14-DAY REFUND OFFER
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing EventCanvas AI, even if you have downloaded or activated it. You do not need to give a reason. Email the address above with your order number, purchase date and the email used to buy. A clear cancellation statement is enough; the optional form below is not compulsory.
This is our refund promise in addition to applicable statutory rights. Immediate download, activation, accepting the terms or requesting immediate supply does not remove this offer. We do not ask you to waive statutory cancellation rights.

FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED DIGITAL CONTENT
The 14-day offer is not a deadline for reporting faulty, unusable or misdescribed software or exercising other statutory remedies. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, a refund or another remedy. Contact us so we can assess the problem. We do not refuse valid statutory claims simply because 14 days have passed.
For purchases from another marketplace, its process may be needed to return the original payment. This does not automatically remove rights against the seller.

REFUND PROCESS
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and return approved cancellation payments without undue delay, normally within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, subject to any applicable legal deadline. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional fees. A provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Recording a manual refund in WooCommerce is not proof that money was returned: the seller must also return funds through the original payment route. Refunds or changes to access must not be used to obstruct a valid consumer claim.

ACTIVATION KEY AFTER A REFUND
A full refund of the EventCanvas product revokes the associated activation keys. The licensed plugin discovers this when it next successfully checks the licence server and then uses bundled Lite functionality on subsequent requests. It is not necessarily immediate and may affect a live event. Reload an open display if necessary.
Events, guest messages, media and original Pro settings are preserved, not deleted. Restoring a key and validating it can restore Pro. Previously downloaded files cannot be recalled. A key revocation does not terminate rights granted under GPLv2 or later to software already lawfully received.
A partial goodwill refund or a refund of an unrelated product does not automatically revoke the EventCanvas keys. After 14 days we may consider voluntary requests case by case, but statutory rights remain unaffected.
The seven-day offline grace period covers connection failures for previously valid keys, not a confirmed revocation. For chargebacks, payment reversals or suspected fraud, contact us; an investigation and any justified service suspension do not remove mandatory rights.
