2. WHAT YOU PURCHASE
EventCanvas AI is downloadable WordPress software. The current sales page describes the included features, compatibility requirements and total checkout price, including applicable taxes. No physical goods or shipping are included. Contracts and support communications are in English.
Your purchase provides a no-expiry activation key for one website at a time for this supplied Pro edition. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. There is no new promise of 12 months of updates or support, no guaranteed update schedule and no automatic updater. Contact us for help with your purchase; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
You also need a compatible WordPress installation, hosting, internet access and any third-party accounts needed for features you choose. AI services may charge separately under their own terms; an AI chat subscription is not necessarily API access. Third-party availability, embedding permissions and AI output cannot be guaranteed.

3. GPL SOFTWARE RIGHTS
The software is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later. The accompanying LICENSE contains that licence. These purchase terms concern the supplied activation service and commercial purchase; they do not impose additional restrictions on GPL-covered code or remove rights to use, study, modify or redistribute it under the GPL.
The one-site activation limit is a rule of our supplied activation service, not a ban on exercising GPL rights. Keys are private account credentials: do not publish or share them. A refund or key revocation does not cancel GPL rights in copies already lawfully received. Nothing here requires deletion of GPL software or payment for permission already granted by the GPL.

4. ACTIVATION, TRANSFERS AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Activate your key under EventCanvas AI > Licence. One key may be bound to one website at a time. You may release that website and activate your key on another website you operate. Contact us if the old site cannot be accessed. A change of domain, HTTP/HTTPS scheme or installation path may require a release and reactivation. Commercial entitlement transfers to a different purchaser require our agreement; GPL redistribution rights are separate.
The licensed edition normally checks the seller's service every 12 hours through WordPress cron. Cron delays and connectivity can delay checks. Check now requests a manual validation. A previously valid key retains Pro access during connection failures for up to seven days after its last successful validation. Failures do not restart this period; a never-validated key has no offline grace.
A confirmed revoked, inactive, unknown or differently bound key, or expiry of offline grace, causes subsequent requests to use bundled Lite functionality. A running event may be affected; an open display may need reloading. This is not an uninterrupted-event guarantee or remote uninstall.
Lite mode retains basic Retro display, text submissions, private song requests, moderation, local QR codes and basic background options. Pro AI, guest uploads, premium themes/decorations, branding, mixed playlists and exports are unavailable through that runtime.
Events, guest messages, media, AI credentials and premium settings are not deleted by a mode change. Lite background choices are stored separately to preserve the original Pro media configuration. Old downloaded files and public media URLs are not recalled. Restoring a key and successfully validating it enables Pro again. Earlier unlicensed editions do not acquire revocation checks retroactively.

5. ORDERS, DELIVERY AND REFUNDS
You can review and correct checkout details before placing your order. Payment methods and the total payable are shown at checkout. A paid order normally provides the download and, where licensing is enabled for the purchased product, its activation key through order details and email. Pending, failed or unpaid orders do not establish paid entitlement. Contact us if paid delivery fails.
The Refund Policy at https://lyricsbeats.uk/refund_returns/ forms part of these purchase terms. We offer a full refund for requests made within 14 days of purchase, even after a download. This promise does not remove or shorten statutory remedies, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content after 14 days.
We do not use checkout acceptance to waive your statutory cancellation rights. An immediate-supply request does not remove our 14-day offer or statutory protections.
When the EventCanvas product is fully refunded, its keys are revoked. A partial goodwill refund or refund of an unrelated product does not automatically revoke the EventCanvas key. Revocation is discovered on a later successful check, not necessarily instantly.
A disputed chargeback, payment reversal or suspected fraud may require investigation. We may suspend the activation-service entitlement where justified, with an explanation and an opportunity to contact us, subject to your statutory rights. Chargebacks and payment reversals are not currently automatically integrated into the licence manager. They are not grounds for arbitrary removal of GPL rights.

6. PRIVACY AND RESPONSIBLE USE
The Privacy Policy at https://lyricsbeats.uk/privacy-policy-2/ explains seller-site, order and activation-service processing. Activation sends the key and customer website address to the seller; it does not upload customer-hosted guest content or AI credentials to the licence server.
As an event host you are responsible for appropriate guest notices, permissions, content moderation, retention and your chosen AI/media providers. Do not submit unlawful material or disclose somebody else's confidential information. Using our purchase service does not authorise use of third-party music, images, trademarks or personal data.

7. RIGHTS, LIABILITY AND COMPLAINTS
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence. The GPL's software warranty provisions do not override mandatory rights arising from this commercial supply.
Contact admin@odinnslegacy.co.uk with the order reference and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution. The law of England and Wales applies subject to mandatory protections and court rights available to consumers in their country of residence. These terms do not force consumers to give up those rights.
Terms accepted for an order are recorded with a version, UTC timestamp and a copy of the applicable text. Future changes do not retrospectively replace the terms of that purchase.
